SHIPPING & RETURNS

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Delivery times may vary depending on where you are (metro or regional areas). We aim to ship your orders as soon as possible, latest within 2-3 business days.

If a delivery is time critical, please let us know in the comment section on your order and we will do our very best to help you meet your deadlines.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally, too! If there is no shipping quote for your country of residence, please email us with your enquiry and we will send you a shipping quote.

Please note that all international customers are responsible for duties and import taxes incurred, as well as any return shipping costs if applicable.

All transactions are processed in AUD. We accept Visa and Mastercard / Stripe. We do not accept personal or corporate cheques, or cash.

 

RETURNS

It's completely fine to change your mind! We accept product returns within 5 days of order delivery.

We will issue a full refund or store credit as long as the item is in its original condition with the invoice.

Please email us at marketing@vinotopia.com.au for any returns, and we will get back to you with instructions on what to do next. Please note, Vinotopia is not responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Most of our products are made by hand, therefore there may be slight variations, for example in materials such as leather. Such variations are part of hand made beauty and not considered a fault. We endeavour to display all product images accurately to represent our products best. However, should there be a significant discrepancy in the finished product, please notify us to arrange a replacement or store credit.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

All of our products are carefully inspected and packed to ensure that you receive them in great condition.

Should you receive a damaged item, please notify us at marketing@vinotopia.com.au with a short description and photo of the issue within 5 days of receiving your order so we can work out a solution.
