WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MINIMUM QUANTITIES

Minimum order quantities and minimum order value apply for wholesale orders ($250 net) as well as custom projects. Please refer to our wholesale price list for information on each product, as pack sizes vary.

FREIGHT

We ship primarily via Australia Post and Couriers Please to get you the best rates. Freight is not included in our wholesale product pricing, instead it is calculated and applied to your final invoice based on weight and dimensions to get you the best rate, before payment and dispatch. We do use freight comparison to get you the best rates possible depending on your location. You can expect typical freight costs to metro areas on the Eastcoast of Australia to be around $25-50, depending on the size of your order. Shipping to Metro Adelaide will be less, as we are based near Adelaide.

For international orders we will send you a freight quote before your order is shipped.

In-stock items usually ship within 3 business days of payment receipt. If you place an order that contains both backorder and in-stock items, the order will be automatically split to ship in-stock items immediately. Products not available will be placed on backorder and dispatched once back in stock. Shipping fees apply to each separate order. 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Return of faulty items must occur within 14 days of receiving them. To report a broken item, please notify us with details and an image to marketing@vinotopia.com.au, and also provide us with your invoice number. 

If your order for some reason does not make it to you, please notify us immediately.

We do not accept return of unsold goods, change of mind or preference.

ORDER DISPATCH

We try to ship your order out as soon as possible. In-stock items will usually ship within 2 business days of ordering..

PRICES

Prices shown on order forms are exclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced.

The RRP for each product is listed on our website (www.vinotopia.com.au) and on our price list.

Stockists are free to set their pricing as they see fit, but please do use the recommended retail pricing as a guideline where possible.

DISTRIBUTION

Vinotopia products may not be distributed through any online marketplace, including eBay, Etsy etc. Selling Vinotopia products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed.

PAYMENT TERMS

Vinotopia is a small business, please be nice and pay your bills on time, as we really don't want to have to chase you for payment! :)

For new customers, payment is due in full upon receipt of the pro forma invoice before dispatch. For repeat customers, payment terms are 7 days from receipt of the invoice.

We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Visa/Mastercard. EFT is the preferred method of payment as processing fees will be added on to credit card orders (2.3%). We do not accept AmEx for wholesale orders.

Please always state your invoice number as the payment reference when paying via EFT, and send us a remittance advice as a proof of payment so we can dispatch your goods. 

Overdue payments will incur a late payment fee of $25 after 10 business days past invoice date that will automatically be added.

Should a payment be later than 30 days and no successful attempt have been made for amicable solution, the overdue invoice will be handed over and collected via a debt collector. The final amount to be covered by the debtor will include the above mentioned late payment fee of $25, debt collection fees as well as any other fees associated with the recovery of the outstanding payment.

Different payment terms apply for custom orders, depending on the type of project.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL MATERIAL

All Vinotopia product images and copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Vinotopia. Approved Vinotopia stockists are welcome to use any of the images on our website for the purpose of promoting the product/s. Higher res images may be available upon request.

PRODUCT MODIFICATION

Vinotopia products can not be modified in any way for resale or distribution. If you are unsure about product usage, please contact our team to discuss further.

LIABILITY

Vinotopia cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these terms of trade.

AGREEMENT OF TERMS

By placing an order with Vinotopia you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
